Wonderfully furnished, this condo is located on the second floor in a secure and quiet condo complex with one reserved parking spot and one outdoor, off street parking space. If you have two compact cars, then two will fit outside this space, which would make for three total spaces. Upscale decorated, A Beach Paradise offers 3 flat screen TV’s, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Washer and dryer in the condo, two bathrooms, two queen beds and an additional queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is modern and updated with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you would want for your ocean front vacation. (Yes, there is a blender for making margaritas!)This lovely two bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa is a pull out queen size bed. There is an additional full bath located in the hallway.The living and dining area have unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean as it is located directly on Ocean Front Walk in Mission Beach. There is nothing between you and the sand…except about a 30 second walk out the front door. This coveted location is where you can watch the waves, look for dolphins playing in the morning surf, enjoy the sunset each evening and people watch from your own private patio.Additionally, there is a common patio area on the first floor with charcoal BBQ and additional seating.A Beach Paradise is also a short (five minute) walk away from the fun and excitement of Mission Beach’s famous Belmont Park and Ventura Place. The Wave House is also a short walk from the condo; this is where you can ride the FloRider wave machine as well as the historic Big Dipper Roller Coaster. On Ventura Place there are also many eateries, bike/surf/boogie board rentals, clothing and convenience stores for you to venture to.Beautiful and tranquil Mission Bay is located on the east side of the peninsula and can be walked to in less than 5 minutes. Sea World displays their famous fireworks show which can be viewed from this side of the bay each evening from the end of May through Labor Day. Additionally, it is a short drive from Mission Beach to Sea World (10 minutes), San Diego Zoo (20 minutes), Balboa Park (20 minutes), Wild Animal Park (40 minutes), Legoland (25 minutes), Del Mar Race Track/San Diego County Fair (20 minutes).
ATTENTION: This condo is located in a very quiet, high-density condo complex with a strict HOA and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this condo.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made through Mission Vacation must be made within 24 hours of booking. This is intended to allow Mission Vacation to prevent being charged for a merchant processing fee, and to allow the Licensee to communicate a MISTAKE and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days may only be made with the consent of the Owner, prior to transferring the Reservation funds to the Owner, and subject to a fee of four percent (4%) to cover the merchant processing fees incurred by PRS. Any cancellation after seven (7) days must be entirely between the Owner and the Licensee, and not involve PRS, who will have released all funds to the owner or manager. It is the policy of Mission Vacation and the owners and managers of the Properties in the Mission Vacation System to NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. The Licensee is expected to obtain travel insurance to enable the Licensee to obtain reimbursement for any unforeseen circumstances. The Properties in the Mission Vacation System are NOT hotel rooms, and the owners and managers of the properties will have turned away other rental opportunities from the moment that the Licensee has placed the Reservation. As such, neither PRS, nor the Owner of the Property can act as the insurer of the Licensee’s whims, contingencies, life circumstances, or unforeseen events that would prevent the Licensee from using the Property on the dates of the Reservation. Neither PRS, nor Owner give credit for early departures, changes of plan, or for inclement weather. The Licensee may have rented from a website that has a mark-up over the price that the Owner lists directly. Licensee may not cancel such reservation in an attempt to rent from the Owner directly at a lower price. Fees to affiliates for renting the Property to the Licensee through a website that marks-up the original property listing price are paid to the affiliate immediately and are not recoverable in the event of attempted cancellation.
Deposit Policy
Security Deposit: In lieu of a cash deposit, the Owner has authorized Mission Vacation to add a damage waiver insurance policy of $1,500 (or in some cases $3,000 for a higher fee if required by a property owner). By completing this Agreement, Licensee is agreeing to be bound by the terms of the damage waiver policy, which will be emailed to the Licensee, and which Licensee may view and agree to as part of the completion of the online reservation for the Property.
