A Beach Paradise
I have been staying at this property with my family for over 10 years. Always a fun and relaxing stay. Cindy has been great year after year!
My sister and I stayed here. Cindy was amazing ans answered all my questions. The views were amazing, top floor. Also short short walk to the beach. Beach bikes were amazing and we rode all over. It was super safe and fun! Will absolutely be back!!
The view is not quite what we expected, but otherwise this little jewel is great for a couple. It is tastefully and nicely appointed, clean and was ready on time for our arrival. We had easy access to the beach, restaurants, convenience and grocery store. The kitchen, although small, had everything we need for cooking our own food, and they even left a few items (salt, pepper, a trash bag and a few cleaning materials. We had access to beach chairs, beach toys and bicycles, at no extra charge. We were also provided with a parking space in the locked garage. We really enjoyed it. The weather was perfect and the offsite property manager was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive!
We've made multiple trips to this house and it's always a fantastic vacation. My wife and I cooked every day in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed watching the people and the waves from our balcony. Having reserved parking in a garage is a huge plus at the beach! Would stay every year if possible.
Beach Front Oasis is a roomy, comfortable and well appointed 2 br, 2 bath ocean front condo in Mission Beach. The views of the Pacific and the bustling Ocean Front Walk cannot be beat and the location is perfect. A spacious garage and patio all your own are two more features to appreciate. Cindy is a fabulous property manager, who is easily reachable and adept at solving any problems that might arise. We have been renting the unit for 5 years and never tire of this vacation retreat.
Beach Front Oasis property is a dream. Large inside and out. Nice to have some grass area to run around, 2 tables with plenty of seating outside. 3 twin beds in spare was great for kids along with large master and comfy pull out couch. Cindy was fantastic to work with and very responsive! Will rent again for sure!

We returned to Sunset Sands for the second time this summer. The unit has a very well stocked kitchen, beach toys, extra towels and is really a bring just your clothes and food type of place. We love it! Our stay was fantastic and working with Cindy (Mission: Vacation) was a breeze. She is always very helpful and is quick to respond to any question or request. We love this unit and just booked our return for next summer. Highly recommend!
My wife is amazing and this year I wanted her to have a mother's day present where she could spend time with her her closest girl friends at the beach. She has been friends with these girls since elementary school and they only get together about once a decade. I contacted Mission Vacation and spoke to Cindy. That was the beginning of making the perfect long weekend getaway for my wife and her friends.
Cindy helped me plan everything. There was no pressure at all and she even gave me hotel suggestions when I mentioned I was also exploring that route. I'm so glad I decided to book one of her locations. The place was unreal. Right on the beach. It was clean and Cindy went above and beyond to make it extra special for my wife and her friends. I don't want to get into specifics because I don't want to create future expectations but suffice it to say that Cindy has a passion for what she does and it shows.
I recommend Mission Vacation to everyone without hesitation whatsoever. In fact, I cannot recommend Mission Vacation enough. Not only does it have the best locations with clean and beautiful units but the thing that really makes it better than all the rest, is Cindy. She made a dream come true for me and I suspect I was not a special case. I get the sense that this is just who she is and how she operates.
