World Famous is famous for their happy hour specials. Monday night is half price on ALL appetizer ALL night long, from 4 to close. The nut crusted brie is my personal favorite as well as the seared scallops that lie on a bed of crispy potato pancake and spinach en croute. Tuesday night’s happy hour special are shrimp tacos for $1.50 each. Wednesday is lobster tacos for $2.50 which goes great with their lobster bisque which they serve with fresh warm bread and together, these go great with a glass of white wine…ahhhhh. All of this for about $15!! Thursday is $1 pollo asada tacos, $2 house margaritas and $3.25 Hawaiian short ribs. Aside from their happy hour specials the restaurant also has an extensive seafood menu that changes weekly to give you a variety of local fare. World Famous is located directly on the boardwalk and offers amazing views of the ocean and is great for people watching. (ask for a window seat when making reservations)
