We have stayed at this rental for 6 years now I believe and every single time we hate leaving. It's perfect location, views, large floor plan and accommodations are beyond exceptional! Everything you need is at this condo. Beach toys, kitchen utensils, towels, sheets you name it! The neighbors are very friendly, the condo is always spotless, and the patio view is something you need to see to believe. Cindy has always been quick to respond, wonderful to talk to and one of the best hosts I've encountered in the world of rentals. Thank you again Cindy for the best vacation a girl and her daughter could ask for! see you next year! 🙂

Recently rented Beach Front Oasis for a week in July. We have been using Mission Vacation/Cindy for a few years. It has always been super easy, communication has ben awesome. We absolutely loved Beach Front Oasis. Probably the nicest property we have rented to date. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Everything you need is stocked in the house, along with super comfortable furniture. When looking for a getaway, we know who to contact!

This is our second time staying on this amazing court in the beach house! I so appreciate the garage parking & storage, side yard storage, and the beautiful deck with hose and foot washing station. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Close proximity to the beach and Bay make it so easy and convenient. The outdoor deck has a fire pit and ample seating. It accommodated our large Fathers Day family dinner. Thank you Cindy for all your help with everything! We will be back 😎

We have stayed at the Sunset Sands twice now and it is perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. The unit is well appointed and met our needs each stay. The great location and having parking included makes everything easy with access to the ocean and bay beaches. There are amazing views from the unit, we could spend countless hours on the oceanfront balcony. Cindy, the property manager, was very prompt and helpful!

My husband and I always book a rental in the same little area as the Sunset Sands unit every time we visit San Diego. It's right on the Mission Beach Boardwalk, a two minute walk from our favorite Better Buzz Coffee. Lots of shops and great restaurants within walking distance. The area is perfect.

Last time we were here in 2023 we stayed in the unit directly below Sunset Sands, which is run by a different company. It was SO expensive. We loved the perfect beachfront location and the unit layout, so I did some searching and found the Sunset Sands unit for about half the price, and a floor higher.

Sunset Sands is a little more dated than the unit below it, and the bed is a Queen vs a King. But it's very well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies, comfy furniture, TVs, games, everything you need. The view from the private balcony is unbeatable, and there's a nice table and chairs out there. Parking spot is in a gated garage across the street.

And most of all, Cindy, the property manager, is on top of everything. She is incredibly kind, very responsive, and always tries to find ways to make your preferences work. Due to some mixups I had to reschedule the dates for this stay three times and she handled it quickly and painlessly, with no extra fees or anything.

Overall, we had a great time here. We fully intend to rebook with them every time we come back in the future.

This home was perfect for a stay with kids and great grandma! Accessible, thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Loved the view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach.
Cindy and Ivan were great hosts and very accommodating. Love to stay again!

If you are reading this, stop scrolling and book! This is by far the cleanest and nicest place we have ever rented. It is even better than the photos. The location is great, the area is quiet at night, and the furnishings are perfect. I am very picky about beds and the master bed is perhaps the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hot water was plentiful and the water pressure in the shower was great. We did not use the washer and dryer but what a great feature for longer stays. The deck is a wonderful place to hang out with enough space for everyone. We cooked on the BBQ, ate at the outdoor table, and spent a lot of time around the fire pit. The place was impeccably clean...not a spec of dirt anywhere. They have really thought of everything. There was nothing lacking that we needed. Cindy is very responsive to any questions at all. We will be back for sure.

The place was beautiful and well supplied with everything that was needed and more was there. The views of the ocean and accessibility were spectacular .
Cindy was amazingly involved and went out of her way to be helpful. I would not hesitate to book with her again.
