My wife and I rented 725 Kennebeck in Mission Beach at the end of September with another couple through Mission Vacation, and we had a fantastic stay.
Cindy, the property manager, was helpful, responsive, and really knows the area, which made the whole experience easy. Since Cindy has lived in this area for many years she gives you great advise about the area and knows where to send her guest. We’ve been renting from Cindy for more than 25 years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—she’s simply great at what she does. We highly recommend her for renting in Mission Beach.

The house is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Mission Beach and within easy walking distance of the beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, bars, and plenty of other things to do. We barely used our car during the entire stay and were able to walk or ride our bikes almost everywhere.

The home itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Honestly, we could have just brought our clothes and food because the house had everything else. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus when traveling with another couple.

We also really enjoyed the outdoor deck. There was plenty of seating, a BBQ, and a fire pit, making it a great place to relax and hang out in the evenings.

Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped home in an unbeatable location, and Cindy made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mission Beach!

The beach house not only offered comfort and convenience but charm. It is decorated in such a way that you never forget you are but 50 steps from the ocean. It is clear that the host thought of every detail to ensure the ease one seeks in a beach vacation. The host is responsive and access instructions are detailed. You need not worry if you forgot to pack something essential because chances are you will find it in the house and if not, within a 2 minute walk, there is a little market that literally has everything you might need. You can easily spend your vacation just walking about the neighborhood with its variety of shops and restaurants. But if you want to venture out, even in rush hour traffic, we reached every destination we wanted to explore in San Diego within 20 to 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this stay. You will not be disappointed.

The master has an actual air conditioner which is in none of the other units

My family stayed at 'A Beach House' this summer and it was just perfect. We have an 8 year old daughter and she loved the patio, the fire pit, and the fact that we were just a few steps to the sand. We walked to local coffee shoppes and to belmont park for attractions. The garage fit our SUV. The open concept kitchen and living room made out evenings so special. All VERY CLEAN, cute yellow one- story house so you dont need to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors. Again, cant stress enough how perfect it is to be steps to the sand so you can come back home for potty breaks, snack breaks, etc. Also having 2 bathrooms is a plus! Thank you Cindy for helping arrange such a beautiful stay, hope to return to the house soon !!

Two doors down is the best pizza you could ever have at Luigi‘s
and the Sand bar Taco place is just around the corner
Treat yourself at this very affordable and comfortable home away from home
Cindi, who is your host goes the extra mile to assure your stay is first class
If there’s any problem whatsoever, she is immediately upon it and gets things remedied in a timely manner

We have stayed at this rental for 6 years now I believe and every single time we hate leaving. It's perfect location, views, large floor plan and accommodations are beyond exceptional! Everything you need is at this condo. Beach toys, kitchen utensils, towels, sheets you name it! The neighbors are very friendly, the condo is always spotless, and the patio view is something you need to see to believe. Cindy has always been quick to respond, wonderful to talk to and one of the best hosts I've encountered in the world of rentals. Thank you again Cindy for the best vacation a girl and her daughter could ask for! see you next year! 🙂

We have stayed in this unit for many years now and absolutely love it. The location is great and the unit is clean and organized. Definitely will plan on staying here again.

Recently rented Beach Front Oasis for a week in July. We have been using Mission Vacation/Cindy for a few years. It has always been super easy, communication has ben awesome. We absolutely loved Beach Front Oasis. Probably the nicest property we have rented to date. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Everything you need is stocked in the house, along with super comfortable furniture. When looking for a getaway, we know who to contact!

This is our second time staying on this amazing court in the beach house! I so appreciate the garage parking & storage, side yard storage, and the beautiful deck with hose and foot washing station. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Close proximity to the beach and Bay make it so easy and convenient. The outdoor deck has a fire pit and ample seating. It accommodated our large Fathers Day family dinner. Thank you Cindy for all your help with everything! We will be back 😎
