T23 has a great atmosphere and is located right on the ocean in Pacific Beach. They have a great out door bar that is open with a view to the ocean or sit inside with a seat looking west, out to the ocean. Tower 23 reminds me of being in South Beach. That’s the vibe I get. The crowd here is usually a bit more mature than what you would find in other Pacific Beach establishments. The restaurant is very good, as are the happy hour specials. Valet parking or street parking only. First three hours free at Valet with validation. Eight dollars an hour for each hour thereafter.
